How does the assessment run work?
The assessment run takes about 15 to 30 minutes. You need a roughly 2 km route without obstacles. The audio coach explains each step.
How do I set up a run on Apple Watch?
Choose the run on iPhone, activate running with Apple Watch and tap apply. The Watch app must be active and the screen should stay on.
I cannot start the assessment run on Watch. What should I do?
GPS and Health permissions must be granted manually. First start a free run so Watch and iPhone show the necessary permission prompts.
Why does the Watch not sync immediately?
To save battery, the Watch does not always send runs immediately. Reopen the app and Watch app, activate the Watch screen and switch between Coach and Feed on iPhone several times.
The coach asks for another assessment run.
The analysis can take a moment. Save your training goal again or contact info@daslauftraining.com with your account email address.
Can I order without the shop?
