Additional terms
When downloading through the App Store or Google Play, the terms of the relevant store provider also apply. Store terms take precedence where they govern the store relationship.
Health requirements
Use is at your own risk. Good general health is required. If you have previous conditions, pain or uncertainty, seek medical advice before starting training.
Coaching and training guidance
Training plans, pace guidance and technique tips do not replace medical diagnosis or personal medical advice. Users remain responsible for assessing their capacity.
User account and app
Some app functions may require a registered account. Information must be correct and login details must be kept confidential.
Free and paid services
Das Lauftraining may offer free and paid services. Type, scope and price are shown in the relevant app or website presentation.
Availability
We aim for stable availability but maintenance, technical issues or changes to individual functions may occur.
Rights in content
Texts, images, training logic, software and marks may only be used within statutory limits or with consent.
Liability
We are liable according to statutory rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, disregard of health guidance or independent training decisions.
Final provisions
German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
